Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information VOID-USB (“we”, a product of VOID Solution) collects, how it is used, and — most importantly — how the data you send to the AI agent is handled. We keep it plain because privacy is a core promise of this product.
1. Who we are
VOID-USB is operated under the brand VOID Solution by PT Kelola Inovasi Cipta Kreasi, a limited liability company registered in Indonesia. It is the data controller for the information described here. For any privacy question or request, contact admin@voidsolution.com.
2. What we collect
- Early-access / account data. When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name, and profile photo. If you submit a fair-price vote or a suggestion, we store what you entered.
- Operational data. When you use the AI agent, the text prompts and screen images you choose to send are processed to carry out your task (see section 3).
- Your AI key (BYOK). If you bring your own AI provider key, it is kept in your browser/device storage only and is never sent to or stored by VOID.
- Minimal technical data. Standard server logs (e.g. IP address, timestamps) used to run and protect the service.
3. How your AI prompts & screenshots flow
This is the part that matters most. There are two modes, and they differ:
You supply your own Anthropic or OpenAI-compatible API key, set per device. Your prompts and screen images are still relayed through VOID’s server, which makes the API call on your behalf, and we do not retain them beyond processing. Your key is stored on our server so the device can use it — we never send it back to a browser, and it is only ever used to call the provider for that device. What BYOK changes is billing and limits: usage is charged to your own AI account and the managed daily cap does not apply.
If you use VOID’s managed AI instead of your own key, your prompts and screen images are relayed through VOID’s server to the AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the response. We do not retain them beyond what is needed to process the request. The AI provider processes them under its own terms.
In both modes, screen images are used only to complete the task you asked for. We do not use your prompts or screenshots to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell them.
4. How we use your information
- To run the service and carry out the tasks you request.
- To contact you about early access and product updates at the address you signed up with.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
- To improve the product in aggregate. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Storage & retention
Early-access and account data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for operations and security. AI prompts and screenshots are not retained beyond processing — this is the same in managed mode and in BYOK mode, because both relay through our server. A BYOK API key is stored until you clear it from the device’s settings.
6. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to remove you from the early-access list. Email admin@voidsolution.com and we will act on your request.
7. Cookies & local storage
We use your browser’s local storage to keep your settings and keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Third parties
We rely on Google (for sign-in) and on the AI provider that serves your requests — Anthropic in managed mode, and in BYOK mode either Anthropic or the OpenAI-compatible provider you configure for that device. Each processes data under its own privacy terms.
9. Children
VOID-USB is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date.
