Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of VOID-USB, a product of VOID Solution (“we”, “us”). By joining early access or using the device and app, you agree to them. Please read the section on your responsibility for the agent’s actions carefully.

1. Early-access status

VOID-USB is in pre-launch / early access. Features may change, and the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis while we develop it.

2. What VOID-USB does

VOID-USB is a USB device plus a companion phone app. On your command, an AI agent performs actions on the computer you connect the device to — moving the mouse, typing, opening apps, and navigating. You watch every step from your phone and can stop it at any time.

Early access uses Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your device and session secure. Tell us promptly at admin@voidsolution.com if you believe your account has been misused.

5. The AI runs in the cloud — active AI access is required

You obtain that access in one of two ways:

• Your own subscription / provider: you maintain a paid account (or API key) with a supported AI provider and pay that provider directly. VOID-USB recommends specific providers; using a recommended provider helps ensure compatibility.
• VOID-USB Managed AI plan: a subscription we offer that uses models from partner platforms at a price substantially lower than subscribing to those platforms directly. It includes a free trial and is then a paid plan.

If you have no active AI access — neither your own subscription nor a VOID-USB plan — the agent cannot run; this is inherent to how the product works and is not a defect. Managed-AI trials and plans are subject to fair use, and we may apply reasonable rate limits and suspend accounts that abuse the service.

6. System requirements, compatibility & limitations

• Phone / controller — Android or a desktop Chrome-family browser. The app connects to the device over Web Bluetooth, which is not supported on iPhone or iPad (Safari and all iOS browsers lack it). You control VOID-USB from an Android phone (Chrome/Edge) or a desktop Chrome/Edge browser — not from an iPhone.
• Host computer — Windows is fully supported. The unattended helper (voice, scheduled tasks, screenshots) targets Windows. Basic mouse/keyboard control also works on macOS and Linux, but those platforms are partially supported and some features may be unavailable.
• The host PC must be powered on, signed in, and reachable the whole time the agent works. VOID-USB is a controller, not a standalone computer — it does nothing on its own if the host is off, locked, or asleep.
• An internet connection is required (directly on the host, or shared through the device) because the AI runs in the cloud. Speed and reliability depend on your connection.
• The agent works step by step, not instantly. Each action is a capture → cloud → act cycle, so tasks take time and the agent may occasionally misread the screen or click the wrong place. You are expected to watch and stop it when needed; it is not a fully hands-off automation guarantee.
• Security software or managed-device policies (antivirus, endpoint protection, corporate/school restrictions) may block USB input injection or the helper. On such machines VOID-USB may be limited or blocked, which is outside our control.
• One host at a time. A device controls the single computer it is currently plugged into.

7. Firmware, beta status & updates

The device firmware is early beta (currently v0.1-beta). It works, but it is not finished: you should expect bugs, rough edges, and occasional changes in behaviour. VOID Solution actively develops the firmware and ships improvements in stages, over time, at no extra charge for the device you bought. By purchasing at this stage you acknowledge and accept the beta nature of the product.

8. Pre-orders, deposit, stock & non-refundable purchases

• Booking & deposit: to reserve a unit from a limited batch you place a booking and pay a deposit (DP / tanda jadi) by manual bank transfer. Available stock is shown at checkout.
• Deposit refund — stock only: your deposit is refundable only if we cannot fulfil your order because the batch is out of stock. You provide a refund bank account at checkout for exactly this case.
• Proof before shipping: before we ship, we send you a video showing your specific unit — matched by its device ID — running the AI agent.
• Final sale — no return or cancellation: once your unit has been produced, demonstrated to you by the device-ID proof video, and paid for, the purchase is final. It cannot be returned, refunded, or cancelled, except where a mandatory consumer-law right or the separate hardware warranty applies.

9. Acceptable use

• No illegal activity, fraud, harassment, or infringement of others’ rights.
• No accessing or automating systems without authorization.
• No attempts to bypass security, rate limits, or usage controls, or to resell access without agreement.

10. Intellectual property

VOID-USB, its software, branding, and content are owned by VOID Solution. You keep ownership of the content you create with it.

11. Disclaimers

AI output can be wrong. VOID-USB carries out tasks autonomously but is not guaranteed to be accurate or error-free, and you are expected to supervise it. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind. Hardware warranty is covered separately in our Refund & Warranty policy.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOID Solution is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss arising from actions the agent performed on your instruction. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or to protect the service and its users.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Indonesia.
