Refund & Warranty

This policy covers the VOID-USB device warranty, returns and refunds, and how the subscription works. VOID-USB is a product of VOID Solution. Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

1. Free trial

Every VOID-USB includes 30 days of managed AI, free, starting the day you first plug it in. No card is required to start the trial. When the trial ends you can continue on a plan, or switch to your own AI key (BYOK) at no VOID cost.

2. Hardware warranty

The device carries a limited 12-month warranty from the delivery date, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If the device fails within this period, we will repair or replace it, or refund it, at our discretion.

The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear.

3. Returns & refunds (device)

• 14-day return window. You may return a device within 14 days of delivery for a refund if it is unused and in its original condition, or if it arrived defective.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
• Return shipping for a change of mind is the customer’s responsibility; for a defective or incorrect item, we cover it.

4. Subscription (Managed AI)

• The managed “Unlimited” plan is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime; cancellation stops the next renewal.
• Because access is delivered immediately, monthly fees already started are generally non-refundable, but you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• If you were charged in error or experienced a prolonged outage, contact us and we will make it right.
